ePOS Live is a Point of Sale software. It has both online and offline versions. The main features include, cash and credit sale, inventory management, order and supplier, accounting and advanced reporting.
How do I get a demo for software?

Our representative can visit your site for live presentation. However feel free to submit a demo request and our sales team will reach out and organize it.
What is the process for ePOS Live installation?

Before installation, we understand your flow and advise you the best way to configure ePOS live to suite your requirements. We also help you organize hardware including computer system, printer and other peripherals which are required prior to the installation.
Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes, we require you to pay a 50% deposit for software license, you can choose to pay the rest at the time of installation or after a successful implementation.
Can I use software on my personal laptop?

Yes, ePOS software will work on a standard Window 10 machine, you have a choice to install the ePOS Live on your laptop or on a branded computer system.
Do I need to make a Service License Agreement with company for software support?

Yes, SLA (Service License Agreement) is necessary to continue the un-interrupted services. We support our software for first 3 months free of cost. There will be some additional fee for subsequent support requests.
Do I have to pay for every user separately?

No, software license is per machine model and there is no restrictions on the number of users.
Can I access my data and reports online?

Yes, with online version you can view online reports for any branch on a real time basis. This is an addon module, please enquire us if you need an online module to be included as part of your installation.
Can ePOS Live support SMS feature with brand name?

Yes, ePOS Live support sending SMS to your customers. We integrate Jazz, Outreach and Zong for sending SMS. We also support sending SMS via your own phone (Sims card).
Does ePOS include accounting module?

Yes, ePOS Live have an integrated accounting module. This is an addon module and may require additional license fees. Please discuss with our sales team if you need accounting feature.

What is SIS?

SIS (School Information System) help you manage student admission, exams, fees and attendance. In additional to this it also manages student and teacher profiles, record admissions, manage classes and courses, conduct exams & generate reports with ease.
Does it have any limitation for student record?

No, there is no restriction on the number of students. You can create unlimited number of students, teachers and admin staff profiles.
Is SIS software need an internet connection?

Yes, SIS (School Information System) is a cloud based solution which requires internet connection to access it.
Can we generate a fees challan in bulk?

Yes, SIS facilitate users to create a single / bulk fees challan for students based on pre-defined fees configuration.
Can parents get notification when students is absent?

Yes, SIS has integrated SMS module, when enabled it can send SMS notification to parents when the students is present/ absent. SMS feature also allows user to send bulk SMS to parents /teachers for any announcements by the school.
How many computers SIS can support?

SIS is a browser based online system and can be accessed from any computer any where as long as user have the internet connection.
Does it have option to export reports in excel or PDF formats?

Yes, you can export reports in multiple available formats including excel and pdf.

SMB Accounting is an easy and simple accounting package, it has a comprehensive set of features for a small business, for example single ledger, account receivables and payables, cash & credit transactions, returns and refunds.
Does it have an invoice tracking option?

Yes, SMB supports invoice level tracking. You can close multiple invoices with a single payment.
Does it have payroll management system?

Yes, SMB have integrated payroll system. You can define your employees, their basic salaries, allowance and deductions that helps you create and run your payroll monthly.
Can I export my data and reports?
